Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a credit in the case of the operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Please notify us by phone if you will be late to pick up the rental, or else it will be considered a no-show, and no-shows will be charged the full price. If you choose to continue with your reservation and pick up your slingshot, you’ll not be reimbursed or credited for any time missed due to weather. If you are concerned about weather, please reschedule your trip. If you return your vehicle late, you will be charged $50 per hour late fee.
